I chose this artifact because it is very relevant now a days. Many times we see people doing awesome things and not getting rewarded and they sometimes look at it as a punishment. At my time here at FSU I have helped 4 wasted girls back to where they stay and three out of the four girls were total strangers to me. To many this is considered a good deed, saving a helpless girl from at worst a possible rape and just making sure they get to their place and don't end up on the side of the road. After this I felt as if good karma would come my way because I did something good. However, this wasn't the case, things seemed to start going the wrong way, I got a parking ticket, I ran out of cash, and I lost my student ID card. I was doing good things but bad things were happening to me and I didn't know why. I really connected to this artifact because it made me realize just because Im doing good things and they aren't coming back in return doesn't mean im being punished, I just have to be patient and wait for these good things to happen to me. Bad things happen to everyone, its life, and you cant look at it as if you are being punished just that you haven't been rewarded yet.
